Modificare in bord digital

1 : Violet – Positive(Switched)
2 : Empty – Low Fuel Warning
3 : Empty - Low Washers Warning
4 : Black/Green – Glow Plug??
5 : Black - Earth
6 : White – Fuel Level
7 : White/Green – Water Temperature
8 : Black/Yellow - Handbrake
9 : 1 Black/Red wire & 1 Black/Green wire - ABS
10 : 2 Black wires - Earth
11 : Violet/White – Main Beam
12 : Orange/Blue - Illumination

Pe mufa albastra:

1 : Blue/Black – Indicator (left)
2 : Blue/Green – Indicator (right)
3 : Black/Yellow - Door Ajar Warning
4 : Black/Green – Traction Control Warning
5 : Empty - ??
6 : Black/Green – (Switched Positive)(Goes down to number 12 on BLUE plug)
7 : Blue - Alternator
8 : White/Black - Tachometer
9 : Black/Red - Airbag
10 :White/Green – Oil Warning
11 : Empty - ??
12 : Empty - Positive (Switched??)(Linked from No12 on WHITE plug)

MODIFICARE ILUMINARE BORD SI BUTOANE

-13 leduri de 5 mm (culoarea o alegeti voi)
-13 rezistente de 1 KOhm
-pistol lipit
-pasta
-fludor
-adeziv , eu folosesc ceva bun
-aparat masura

Montare Trip Computer

In primul rand avem nevoie de:

-aprox 7 metrii fir litat cupru
-optional-
-Senzor temperatura ext
-auxiliary warning module

MUFA   CULOARE FIRULUI   CORESPONDENT

pin 1        alb/negru                      vss pinul 3 pe Ecu
pin 3        violet                            plus de pe contact
pin 4        alb/rosu                        plus lumina pozitie
pin 5        negru/portocaliu           masa(minus)
pin 6        alb/negru                      auxiliary warning module(optional/ lasat liber)
pin 8        alb/negru                      plutitor rezervor
pin 9        alb                                fuel flow pinul 34 pe Ecu
pin 10      alb/verde                      output to instrument interface(lasat liber)
pin 11      negru/portocaliu           alarm led(lasat liber)
pin 12      portocaliu                     plus permanent(se poate luat de la ceas)
pin 13      maro/galben                 temp ext plus
pin 14      alb/negru                      temp ext minus

Diagnoza EEC IV(test agrafa)

Evident becul nu are plus si minus  :) .

Testul se face in felul urmator:

EX. I I - - I I I I - - I I I I I I - - - (COD 2 - - 4 - - 6 - - -

Probleme ralanti subturat/supraturat etc

Ralantiul supraturat/subturat cu fluctuatii,mersul inecat dat in nas,este provocat de;
-aer fals
-senzori murdari
-filtre imbacsite
-fise intrerupte
